About The Property
The villas at Ocean Breeze are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Welcome to Ocean Breeze # 100!! This villa is new to our rental program and is one we’re sure you’ll enjoy! This town home is a two story villa with an open floor plan, complete with all new furnishings. The downstairs contains the living space with a dining nook by a large window and a kitchen that separates the dining area from the living room. There is additional dining space at the kitchen bar. The living room features a all new beautiful furnishings, complete sleeper sofa. A sliding glass door from the living room leads to a private back deck that looks into a wooded area. Also downstairs is a convenient half bath. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with beautiful cabinetry and granite counter tops. The two bedrooms, each with a private full bath, are upstairs as well as the utility closet containing the washer/dryer. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed as well as a twin size bed. The community pool is just across the parking lot from the unit. The pool at Ocean Breeze now has WIFI. Ocean Breeze is just a short walk to public beach access and Coligny Plaza which offers shopping and restaurants. ** 3 night minimum **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
