About The Property
The villas at Ocean Dunes are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Ocean Dunes 112 is a nicely decorated villa with great a great view of the ocean and oceanfront pool. This charming one bedroom villa has a fully equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, combined living room dining room area and separate bedroom with a king sized bed and one bathroom. This unit also has a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a pair of bunk beds in the hallway which are ideal for smaller children. The balcony off the living room area provides a direct view of the ocean and also the oceanfront pool. The Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park. Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks. **Call for rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
