The villa features an open floor plan complete with wood flooring throughout, a kitchen with newer cabinetry, granite countertops, and full-size appliances; located just off the kitchen is a full-sized washer and dryer. There is a powder room just off the dining area of the main level of this villa. The living room has comfortable furniture with a flat-screen television. The dining area has seating for six people. From the living room, sliding glass doors open overlooking the Heron Point golf course. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen-size beds. Plantation Club is close to Harbour Town with its scenic Yacht Basin, signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Golfers can play at Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. Tennis enthusiasts can play on 23 championship clay courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities.
