The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. This fabulous Sea Side Villa offers two views for the price of one! Enjoy both ocean and pool views from our third-floor villa. This villa, unlike most others at Seaside, has CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING instead of a single wall unit. Just steps from the elevator make checking in a breeze. Enjoy the View of the Pool from the front door. Inside, you will find the villa to be cozy and comfortable. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. The dinette comfortably seats four. The Living Area offers an Ocean View, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD, and Blu-ray. The sofa (2021) converts to a Queen Bed. The Bedroom features a queen-size Mattress and Bed Frame, bedding, a Dresser, Flat screen TV/DVD, and an Adjoining Bathroom. Built-in bunk beds in the hall are ideal for small children only. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
