The villas at Ocean Breeze are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Welcome to Ocean Breeze 11, a recently remodeled end unit townhome in a secluded, yet accessible, ocean-oriented South Forest Beach location. The villa offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths, and 3 large HD Flat screen tvs with cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped and boasts upscale stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge) with spacious granite surfaces and premium cabinetry. You will find Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout and an integrated sound system on both levels. The updated washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Sliding glass doors off the living area open to the deck where you can relax after a day at the beach while listening to your favorite music on the outdoor speakers. A short walk along scenic pathways with lagoons and lush trees covered in Spanish Moss overhead brings you to any of the 3 Ocean Breeze pools in the complex. Ocean Breeze also has a private tennis court for guest use. Conveniently located, this villa is a short walk to several public beach access points (8 minutes), Celebration Park, and Adventure Playground as well as shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
