The villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Located within walking distance to popular Coligny Beach, you are close to everything amazing on Hilton Head Island. Central to all of the great food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment and the Low Country Celebration Park! This condo is located in a gated, oceanfront complex with an ocean view. The unit features a private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Two cozy bunks are located in the hallway and are perfect for small children. The inviting living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and an over-stuffed chair. The sofa does convert to a twin-size pull-out. Your private balcony is fitted with 2 chairs and a table to sit and relax while enjoying your morning or evening beverage all while taking in the Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing coastal breeze. You’ll find the kitchen stocked with the necessities for your stay. This is the perfect beach space for a couple or a small family. This complex, with direct access to the beach, features a large pool, BBQ grill, and picnic area, and an oceanfront sun deck to enjoy the sun without the sand! *The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st through October 31st*

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
