Check-in: 4 to 6 p.m., unless making other arrangements. Any arrivals after 8 p.m. (9 p.m. for business travelers) may be assessed an extra $25 an hour.

11 a.m. (Significant delays, without effort being made to leave, may be charged an extra $50 an hour for late departure.)

Cancellations prior to check-in: Because we are a small inn, cancellations or any changes in a reservation must be made at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled check-in date (three days for business travelers). If cancellations or changes are made within the cancellation period, the reservation guarantor will be responsible for the full amount for any room nights not booked by other guests. If a room is rebooked at all, a refund will be issued to the credit card originally charged for all rebooked room nights. A $45 cancellation fee for each room cancelled will be deducted from any refund, no matter when the reservation is canceled or changed, in order to cover expenses related to processing the transactions. Early checkout: Refunds will be issued only if canceled room nights are booked by other parties. In such cases, 90 percent of the charges levied for the canceled nights will be refunded for each night rebooked, with a 10% or $45 minimum charge, whichever is greater, serving as the cancellation fee. Such refunds, if any, will be determined and processed back to the same credit card as originally charged after all canceled dates have passed or have been rebooked, whichever comes first. A record of dates fulfilling the criteria and a copy of the credit-card refund transaction record will be provided after processing.

Half is due with the reservation and the balance is due seven days before arrival. If making the reservation seven days or less ahead of arrival, payment is due in full with the reservation. If reserving all the guest rooms, the balance is due 30 days in advance and becomes non-refundable.
