Anchorage Mahogany Manor Historic Downtown Inn has earned a reputation for providing our guests with an Alaskan experience. A stay at Mahogany Manor feels like an escape to a pristine, first class wilderness lodge with the convenience of downtown just outside our gate. To start each day right, a Hearty Continental Breakfast is available to you at any time in the dedicated guest kitchen. Enjoy leisure time in quiet seclusion among the plants and waterfalls. Convenient location only 8-12 blocks from city center.

Price Range of the rooms is $129 - 229 in the winter and $189 - 309 in summer.
Check out time 11:00 A.M. Check in time 5:00 - 7:00 PM (other times are gladly accommodated by advance arrangement).
Reservations guaranteed with one night's deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (winter 7days). During special events, non-refundable full payment may be required to guarantee reservations.
Payment due in full and non-refundable 14 days (7 in winter) prior to first arrival date.
$25 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refund for no-shows.
Surcharge of $10 for one night stay.

Well behaved children are always welcome; and for their own safety they must be supervised at all times.
Hearty Continental breakfast includes choice of breads, bagels & muffins, cold & hot cereals, yogurt, fruit and juices, coffee, tea, milk and hot chocolate. (Summer only - fresh hot oatmeal available upon request). Cold & hot drinks available anytime.

Over 2,000 sq. ft. of richly appointed lounge area featuring 2 immense fireplaces and a floor-to-ceiling translucent waterfall as well as indoor gardens.
Guest amenities include Cable TV/VCR, AM/FM clock radio with option soothing sounds, high-speed cable modem access available in each guest room.

Check in 4-6PM. Late check in always accommodated with advance notice. Early check in sometimes available and at additional cost.
Check Out Policy:
Check out by 11AM. Late check out can sometimes be accommodated at additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival are refundable less processing fee of 10% of the full amount due($25 minimum processing fee). $25 change fee for date changes when possible.

Children are welcome at the B&B. We ask that they are supervised at all times and well-behaved. We also have an apartment large enough to accommodate families.

We can accommodate a small dog in one guest room and one studio apartment. Prior arrangement is required and a nonrefundable cleaning fee is collected.
