We serve a deluxe continental breakfast daily from 7:00 am - 9:00 am featuring coffee, tea, hot cocoa, fresh fruit, juice, cereals and assorted breakfast pastries with a variety of butters and preserves.

Policies
Check In Policy:
3:00pm. Early and late arrivals by appointment please.
Check Out Policy:
Check-Out time is 11:00 am, but we are happy to store your luggage for you, if needed, before your departure. Or you are welcome to hang around the living room or relax in the garden if you need some extra time. All we ask is that you vacate the room so that we can get it ready for our next guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more the 2 weeks prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 per room per night. No refund 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Children:
Well-behaved children are welcome; however house is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for toddlers and young children. Childcare not provided.
Deposit Policy:
If you would like to secure reservations, you may do so by providing credit card information or U.S. residents may pre-pay via mail with a check or money order. Your card will not be charged until time of arrival at which time you may choose to pay with traveler's check or cash to receive cash discount rate. Pre-payment via mail also qualifies for cash discount rates.
