3:00pm. After 9:00pm by special arrangement with innkeeper.

Cancellation Policy:
With 14 days notice, deposit refunded less $25 cancellation fee. With less than 14 days notice, entire stay is charged to the credit card. If the room is rebooked for the entire length of stay, refund less $25 cancellation fee applies.
Children: Children ages 6+
Children aged 6 and older are welcome at the inn. Families of all ages are welcome in the 2 bedroom condo (Lakeview Terrace) located one block from the inn.

Deposit Policy:
First night stay charged at time of reservation. Group reservations and wedding packages require 50% deposit.
Pets Welcome
Dogs are welcome in 3 of the guest rooms with prior arrangement. Dogs must meet certain criteria: social, vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, etc. Dogs may be in guest room and gardens, not in the commons areas of hte inn.

No smoking is allowed on the property. Strictly enforced. Smokers must leave the property to smoke. Guests choosing to not honor this policy will be charged $250 smoking damages.
