Located on a pretty gas-lit Main Street, walking distance to everything,just 1mile from beaches, lighthouses, cruises, waterfront dining, and an historic walking park. Every room has a fireplace, jacuzzi, private bath, and more!
Enjoy a little romance in one of our elegant guest rooms with fireplaces, jacuzzis, and canopy beds! We serve a formal candle-lit breakfast on fine china in the elegant dining room with fireplace, corner cupboard, and original wainscot!- A formal candlelit breakfast is served each morning in the elegant fireplaced dining room on fine china.
- From the B&B you can walk to quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, coffeehouses, town green, skating pond, spas, and the water!
- The elegant guest rooms are romantically furnished featuring 4-poster/canopy beds, & each with working fireplace and jacuzzi-whirlpool tub, sitting area, cable TV, AC, stereo/cd player, phone/modem line & wireless, and private bath.
- We are part of a historic walking tour and scenic coastal bike loop. Kayaks can be rented and launched 1/2 mile away at scenic north cove to the mouth of the CT River, past 2 lighthouses; dock for lunch at Dock n Dine!
- Corporate & Government rates. MC, VISA, AMEX, personal checks, cash.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. $25 extra per person over two. $100-$130/nt wknts sun-thurs.
$170-$220/nt wkends; 2 nt min (sat & sun or fri & sat) - Cancellation Policy: Refund minus 10% with 14 days notice, otherwise, refund only if room is rebooked.
- 2 night minimum stay with a Sat. Night. 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Well-behaved children age 10 and over are welcome sun thru thurs. nts only. cot & twin rollaway available.
- Check in: anytime; preferably before 6 pm, Check out: 11:00 am.
- The B&B is 50 minutes from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT, and T.F. Greene Airport in Providence, RI. We are 1 3/4hours from NY City and Boston; 2 1/2 hours from LaGuardia Airport.
- Massage therapy on premesis, $75/hr.
- Amtrak/MetroNorth/Shoreline East trains from Boston and New York stop at Old Saybrook Station 1 mile from B&B. Transportation provided to B&B.

From the B&B take a scenic stroll along the water past the historic homes and scenic views of North and South Cove, Saybrook Point, and Fenwick. Watch the sun set over the ocean or take a walk at Fort Saybrook Monument Park or out to one of Old Saybrook's picturesque lighthouses.
