• Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm. Check out is 11am. Late check-ins (arrivals after 8pm) must be arranged in advance with innkeepers prior to 8pm.** All late arrivals are subject to a 10% late check-in fee of total stay. To avoid late fee guests must (A) Check in before 8p.m. or (B) Call before 8p.m. on day of arrival to get late check-in instructions. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel up to one week prior to arrival date at 6pm without a cancellation fee. For example if your checking in on a Monday your cancellation date is the previous Monday by 6pm. After that date & time guests are responsible for their entire room reservation(s) in full. Holidays and special events are subject to a 14 day cancellation period. A 14 day policy applies if 2-3 rooms are reserved. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for a block of 4 or more rooms. • Elopement Packages: Guests are responsible for a 50% non-refundable check deposit when the reservation is made. A credit card may hold the other 50% which is non-refundable 21 days prior to arrival date. •Although we always try to accommodate your requested room, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee a specific room.
