If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned minus a 15% processing fee if it is greater than 30 days from your original arrival date. Less than 30 days notice to cancel, but greater than 15 days , 50% of your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, your full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for reservations for Merrie Monarch Festival and the Kilauea Wilderness Run. In Hawaii , transient accommodations are subject to a total tax of 11.41% consisting of TAT(Transient accommodation tax) of 7.25% plus GET(General Excise Tax) of 4.16%.

Currently, we accept cash, traveler 's check, VISA, Master Card, JCB, Discover, and Diner's Club. We require 100% of the anticipated room charge to hold your reservation. All room rates are based on two adults staying for minimum two nights. However, you may reserve only one night with a $25 surcharge for single night stay. $15 off each nights rate for reservations of three nights or more. There is a $15 surcharge for each additional guest.
