$20 cancellation fee on all cancellations. Full room rate charged up to seven (7) days or less of your reservation date. EXCEPTION: Notre Dame weekend or Holidays, 30 day or less cancellation full room rate charged for duration of stay.

Pets Welcome

20 lbs. and under your pet is allowed in your room, in a dog crate and there is a $25 fee for the duration of your stay. 21 lbs. and over your pet will stay in our "new" indoor/outdoor "Doggie Hotel" on the B&B grounds. You will be able to exercise your pet on the 2 acres, feed and clean up after your pet. Only a $10 fee for the "doggie hotel" for the duration of your stay.
