Except for football and graduation weekends, fourteen days notice required to cancel to receive full refund less $25 cancellation fee. Within the fourteen days a future stay certificate may be issued. No Cancellations, Refunds or Assignments for football or graduation weekends. Discounted stay reservations require one month cancellation notice to receive refund less $25 cancellation fee.

Football and graduation weekends require two night minimum and full payment by check within 10 days of making reservations. No refunds, cancellations or assignments for these times. Discounted stays require payment in full within 10 days of making reservation. Reservations may be held with credit card.
