Welcome to Maison des Amis, a Caribbean/Creole residence located in historic downtown Breaux Bridge, Louisiana leading to a charming white gazebo that sits over the legendary Bayou Teche. Built around 1870/1880 and known as the "Boudier" house, the center portion of the structure - a two-room bousillage (adobe mud and moss) is the oldest historic structure in town along with the "City Hotel".
The inns rooms were decorated by famous Louisiana designers, and they consist of a private bath, antique furnishings and direct access to the porch overlooking the gardens and bayou. Maison des Amis is located in the downtown historic district of Breaux Bridge; one block from antique stores, gift shops, restaurants, and cafes. Local activities and attractions include Bird watching at Lake Martin, walking tours, and music and dancing at Mulates, La Poussiere, and Harry's Club.
