Come relax and get away from the crowds on 130 unspoiled acres and adjacent 800-acre wildlife preserve with pristine pond. Sit on our front porch with a Maine microbrew or cocktail from our lounge, visit our friendly barnyard menagerie, or curl up by the living room fireplace with a cup of Maine-Grown herbal tea and a fresh-baked cookie (available 24 hrs.).
The B&B boasts spacious antique-furnished rooms with full modern amenities, free wireless Internet, and deluxe private baths. Centrally located we are just minutes from great dining, antiquing in a National Historic District, the historic state capitol and acclaimed State Museum. A full country breakfast will be custom cooked for you off our menu anytime between 7 and 9 a.m., and is included in your room rate. You are guaranteed not to go hungry after one of our famous breakfasts, which feature Eggs Benedict Arnold or Wild Maine Blueberry Pancakes with pure maple syrup from the woods of northern Maine, among many other choices. Our eggs are right from the farm, and taste great since the chickens range free throughout the barnyard. Our Eggs and the Maple Syrup are also available for sale.

Rooms guaranteed ready at 3 pm, but you are welcome to check in earlier if the room is ready.

Check Out Policy:
|

Must have checked out of room by noon. Sorry, no exceptions. Stays beyond noon are subject to an additional night's charge.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
There are no penalties for cancellations with 14 or more days notice. Less than 14 days there is a charge of 50% of your entire stay (with a minimum charge of 1 night's lodging). Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full charge for the entire stay. No charge is made if we can rebook the room.

We must allow children by state law, and we ask that they be supervised at all times. We have antiques and breakable things around the inn, and the guest is responsible for any damage.

We require a valid credit card number or a personal check for 50% of your entire stay (with a minimum deposit of one night's stay).

Smoking: Outside
|
|
NO SMOKING in any of the buildings at Maple Hill Farm, and there is a $200 fee if this policy is violated. You are welcome to smoke outdoors or on our covered front porch.
