Located in Bass Harbor, the Inn sits on two acres surrounded by gentle waters. With its indoor heated pool, 6 person Finnish sauna, 6 person hot tub, and nearly 700 feet of private shoreline, the Inn is a peaceful sanctuary just outside of Acadia. And yet the Inn is just a short distance to Southwest Harbor, Northeast Harbor and Bar Harbor with their wide range of shops and restaurants.
Ann's Point Inn will spoil you with warm hospitality. Awaken to a sparkling sunrise across Bass Harbor. Stroll through the garden to an exquisite breakfast with choice coffees and teas. Browse our well-stocked library to plan your day of exploring Acadia. On your return, soothe your sore muscles in our sauna and spa. In the late afternoon enjoy wine, cheese, and a few surprises. After dinner settle in with freshly baked cookies. And finally, sleep soundly in the wonderful sea air, comforted by the gentle murmur of the water just outside your window.

Due to the limited number of rooms we ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit unless your room is rebooked.
