Welcome to the Laurel Grove a luxury Bed and Breakfast in Annapolis, MD. This B&B is an 8,400 sq. ft. cedar and stone contemporary home on three acres overlooking the South River.

Enjoy our lovely riverside picnic area which is perfect for special events, family reunions, or corporate picnics. Otherwise, just sit a spell on our back porch watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset with your favorite libation.

Laurel Grove’s private dock draws 10 feet of depth and has water and electricity for a unique break in a boater's travel to Annapolis or the Chesapeake Bays waterways.

Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Monday thru Saturday and 12:00 P.M. on Sunday’s, at the close of Sunday brunch.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requires a 30-day advanced notification by email or certified mail for refund of deposit, minus a $25 handling charge. In case of late cancellation, Laurel Grove will be pleased to refund your deposit balance if the room is rebooked by another guest. Cancellation of special events or whole house rental must be made 120 days before the rental is to begin for a refund. Cancellation shall be made by email or certified mail.

Deposit Policy:
Reservations at Laurel Grove may only be confirmed by Visa, Master card, Discover, or cash. In each case a one nights lodging at least one week prior to planned arrival. Extended stays, special events, and holiday periods are handled on an individual basis. Events and weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
