The total nights required to meet minimum stays are billed as one unit and the full charge for the reservation will be made if the room(s) are not re-rented or even if the stay is shortened, before or during your stay. If you cancel or alter your reservation in any way more than 14 days in advance (for one room) or more than 30 days for multiple rooms (up to 6 rooms, over 6 rooms is considered a full house booking), we offer a full refund of any deposit. Full house bookings require a minimum cancellation notice of 60 days. If you cancel or alter your reservation in any way after the dates indicated we offer a refund only if all rooms are re-rented for the entire length of your reservation. Cancellations are NOT accepted by email or through a message on the phone; you must call and speak with the innkeeper to cancel a reservation. In the event of a cancellation a confirmation number will be issued to you - this number will be your only verification in the event of a cancellation, so make sure that you ask for this number. No call/no shows are billed for the full stay.

A 50% (or a minimum of one night) deposit may be charged to your credit card and will be applied towards your stay. You may send a check for the deposit, it must be received within 5 days of the date you made your reservation. Two night minimum stays are required for most weekend bookings. Holiday stays have one additional day added to the minimum for that time period. We always try to honor your room request, occasionally we may have to change your room, it will always be a to a room that is either equal or better than your requested room. Multiple room bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
