Reservations must be canceled 5 days for the B&B, 10 days for the cabins, prior to the scheduled arrival, unless it is for a special event then it is 14 days. 30 days is required if booking the entire lodge. If less than the required notice is given by the reserving party you will be responsible for the entire room charge unless your room can be rebooked. If the room is rebooked a refund minus the deposit will be given. A $45 booking fee will be charged on all cancellations. If booking rooms during special events or rental of the entire facility. Full prepayment is required 30 days in advance for group rentals and special events. Cancellation policy will be 14 days for special events, and 30 days for full booking.

An advance deposit of $45 is required with a reservation. This may be done by mail with a Check or Money Order, at least 2 weeks prior to reservation, or with a MasterCard or Visa. This is a non refundable deposit.
