People from all over the world are drawn to this property because of its history, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere & exceptional value. Located on 8 acres, guest can picnic on a private hillside, stroll a shaded path, feed farm animals (2 sheep and 3 barn cats), sip wine or shop in our stone & brick wine cellar, relax in one of many inviting garden areas, play a tune on the 12 foot Alpenhorn, enjoy starry nights and misty mornings. |

Cancellation Policy:

Any changes to, or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees from $25 up to full cost of your stay.
If you cancel or change the date of your reservation with 15 days or more in advance of your reservation date, you will receive a voucher applicable for an other stay valid for 90 days minus a $25 administrative fee.
If you cancel or change the date of your reservation with 14 days or less of your reservation date, you will receive a voucher applicable for 60 days valid for a midweek stay minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date receive NO refound and your Credit Card will be charged in full.

We are a small B&B serving a limited number of guests per night/event so cancellations do affect us significantly. We thank you for your understanding and following our cancellation policy as stated above, on our website and confirmation page.

Pets under 10lbs are allowed in certain rooms. We charge a $25.00 pet fee. Pets must be kept in their kennels and can not be left in the room for extended periods of time. Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.

We have two sheep (Hansel & Greatel), 3 outdoor barn cats (Marmalade, Charles & Pentelton), 4 chickens and one cat restricted to the innkeeprs quarters (Franny).
