The Bronx Guest house located in the most northern borough of NYC, takes its name from a Swedish sea captain from the Netherland’s who settled there in 1639. The house includes 3 guest bedrooms with their own distinctive décor, and offers an eclectic and peaceful retreat, with shared baths. The entire guesthouse is served with satellite TV, and rooms will be provided with subway maps and tourist maps for the adventurous travelers.
Chef Denisey, the Innkeeper, trained and graduated from the Natural Gourmet Cooking School for Food and healing. Her BronxNet Cable TV Show "Cooking Positive" taught healthy cooking to a wide audience. Spend a few nights and experience a private cooking class. The state of New York is considered to be one of the most visited tourist locations so activities and attractions are in abundance no matter where you are in the city. Enjoy a ride on the subway and explore all five boroughs, catch a Broadway show, or just relax and enjoy a day in Central Park. We look forward to your visit and require that all guests call 1-2 days prior to arrival to confirm reservations, arrival time, and information to our location.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited availability, cancellations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a strict policy. However, if there is a cancellation within 1-14 days of your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. 30 days notice the full deposit is refunded minus a $75.00 cancellation fee No refund given in the event of early departure. Our cancellation and reservation policies pertain to advance credit card charges as well. Rates subject to change without notice.

A deposit, for the first two nights, is required. The balance is due upon arrival. There is a 4 night minimum stay. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. We require that all guests call 1-2 days prior to arrival to confirm reservations, arrival time, and information to our location.

Guest pets welcome ($35/day, $70 refundable deposit. Cats & dogs under 10 lb….)**FOR GUESTS WITH PETS, the cat or dog must be with you at all times. Please check with innkeeper to make prior arrangements.
