Welcome to the Escape Guesthouse Bed and Breakfast, an 1890 Townhouse nestled on a tree-lined street in Brooklyn New York. The B&B sits in a prime location with easy access to the subway, Long Island Railroad, bike paths, and riding stables.

This lovely 19th century Italianate brick home offers guests yoga, massages, beauty treatments, fine food, music, wireless internet, and much more. The inn has certified instructors for Pilates, yoga, bootcamp, kayaking, sailing, and horseback riding. Check In Policy:
Check-in is 3pm. Bags may be dropped off between 10:30am and 3pm. Late check-in (after 5pm) requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is 1pm. Bags may be checked until 5pm.
Cancellation Policy:
1-7 days prior to arrival date: no refund of deposit 8-30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of deposit is refunded. More than 30 days prior to arrival date; entire deposit is refunded, minus a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds or discounts for early departure. Unless notice is given before arrival, customers are expected to pay the entire amount of their reservation. Escape Guesthouse is not responsible for personal property lost or left behind

Childcare may be arranged with a minimum of one week's advance notice.
Deposit Policy:
Reservations are accepted with a 30% deposit via www.paypal.com to info@escapeguesthouse.com. Reservations of 3 nights or more may be made at any time (availability permitting). Two-night reservations may be made a maximum of 2 weeks in advance. One-night reservations are made solely at the Proprietor's discretion.
No Pets Allowed
No pets please. We have one big cat, Rocky.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Rocky is our housecat. He may wander through the common areas of the ground and first floors, but is not allowed on our second floor at all. Persons very allergic to cats are advised to book rooms on our second floor for this reason.
