The Biltmore Village Inn is a luxury bed and breakfast and the closest inn to the Biltmore Estate. Built in 1892 by the Vanderbilt's lawyer, the Victorian mansion is recognized by the National Register of Historic Places and is the only Asheville bed and breakfast with true mountain views.

Spacious guest rooms feature exquisite antiques, oil paintings, fabrics and fireplaces yet boast modern comforts such as flat screen tvs, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, dvd players, wireless access and jetted tubs. Check In Policy:
Check-ins are between 3-6pm. If guests would like to arrange for an early arrival, they may do so at a charge of $25.00 so that we may staff the inn. Guests arriving after 6pm will be instructed on how to check in after hours.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is at 11am.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled outside 14 days are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee, the remaining deposit is refunded. Reservations canceled within 14 days forfeit the entire deposit.
Children: Children ages 8+
We require all children be at least eight years of age. There is no exception as the other guests at the inn are expecting a romantic getaway and have left their children at home.

Deposit Policy:
We take a one night or 50% deposit, whichever is greater, at the time the reservation is made.
Pets Welcome
Dogs and cats are allowed in our cottage (Honeymoon or Carolina). There is a $25.00/night charge. Any pet causing a disruption to other guests will be asked to leave.
