Each morning we offer three choices for our guests. The first the daily egg dish created using local Vermont eggs, meats, veggies, cheeses, and fresh herbs from our garden. The second a sweet option such as a pancake, waffle, or our famous French toast. The sweet is always served with Walker Farm organic pure Vermont maple syrup. The last option is a vegan friendly granola we bake in house and serve with local yogurt or milk.

Check In Policy:
Check in begins at 3:00 pm and the inn is staffed until 10:00 p.m. during our busy season (May-November) and until 9:00 p.m. off season (December-April). If a guest anticipates they will be arriving to the inn after 10:00 p.m. we ask they let us know a head of time so we have an opportunity to review our late arrival procedure.

Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests who need a later check-out time should make their request prior to arrival. Guests who stay beyond noon, without speaking with the innkeeper, will be charged a $50 late check-out fee. Late check outs can compromise our ability to accommodate incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations should be made by telephone, not via electronic mail (some of our e-mail messages do not reach our inbox, but are directed to a spam folder). Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival could result in forfeiture of the deposit unless we are able to replace the entire reservation. Frequently advance deposits are carried over and applied to a future reservation, but not for reservations canceled 48 hours or less prior to the arrival date. Last-minute cancellations result in forfeiture of the advance deposit.
