The Crossroads Bed and Breakfast is an 1860 farmhouse offering 6 cozy and comfortable guest rooms as well as a large guest area to read, relax, or watch television. Nestled in the heart of the Champlain Valley, the B&B offers beautiful views of the Green Mountains and the Adirondacks while relaxing on the covered porch, guest are also welcome to practice your golf swing on our 6 hole chip and putt golf course.
The Crossroads Bed and Breakfast is located in New Haven Vermont and is an ideal location to see the best that Vermont and New York have to offer. Fine dining and shopping are 5 minutes away in Middlebury, Vergennes, and Bristol. We are only 25 miles from Burlington. We are located near some of Vermont's finest skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking trails. Kayaking and canoeing are nearby at Dead Creek Wildlife Reserve as well as Lake Champlain. We are biker friendly and offer indoor parking.

Cancellations are accepted until 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you should cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, your deposit cannot be refunded unless we can rebook the room. During holiday, college events and peak seasons cancellation is 30 days.

Deposits are required within seven days of the reservation request. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. The full amount is required in advance for 1 night stays. We accept personal checks, money orders, traveler's checks and cash only.
