Our Shenandoah Valley farmhouse bed and breakfast although located in Luray, VA is just outside the town limits on 2 acres in a peaceful country setting. We offer luxury accommodations for that romantic, relaxing or adventurous get-away. Panoramic mountain views of the Blue Ridge, Skyline Drive and Massanutten Mountains can be witnessed and enjoyed from your room, the Rosebud Cottage, the wrap around porch, the garden area, the outdoor Jacuzzi or the smokehouse massage room.

Our Luray, Virginia bed and breakfast is centrally located to all major attractions. We are minutes from the world famous “Luray Caverns” and the Shenandoah National Park which offers hiking and waterfall trails on the Skyline Drive! Enjoy some of the Virginia wineries in the area such as: Gardino Cellars, Oasis, Rappahannock, Farfelu and Horton Cellars. Have fun canoeing, kayaking and tubing on the Shenandoah River, horseback riding at Fort Valley Stable or skiing and snow tubing at one of the ski resorts.

Check In Policy:
Check IN is after 3PM and before 10 PM. Later arrivals only with advanced notice. We do not accept earlier Check INs or early luggage drop off.
Check Out Policy:
Check OUT is 11 AM
Cancellation Policy:
A $25.00 service charge per room will be applied to all cancellations. Due to limited availability which requires us to turn guests away once a room is blocked out, cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price. No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per day for each remaining day of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be charged the entire amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations must be received by phone.
