Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation allows us limited opportunity to re-sell the guestrooms. For this reason, we must impose a strict cancellation policy. For single room reservations, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund is possible regardless of the reason, unless we are able to re-book the room. For multiple rooms or the entire Estate, if cancellation takes place six months prior to reservation date, a full refund of the deposit is given. If the cancellation is within 4 to 6 months prior to reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be given. Less than 4 months prior to reservation date, 100% of the deposit will be kept by Goodstone. No refund of deposit.

An advance deposit, which is equal to the amount of the first night's stay, is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due upon departure by check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. For guests renting the complete Estate, a full pre-payment of the projected rental for the entire length of stay is required.
