The Frederick House includes 23 spacious room and suites in five award winning restored historic buildings built from 1810 to 1910. All rooms feature private baths, cable TV, telephones, internet modem connections, bathrobes, antiques and period furnishings. A full hot breakfast is served for two hours each morning. Homemade specialty breads and fresh fruit accompany a selection of hot entrees, cereals, and yogurt. Come down when you like and choose from our ample menu.
Staunton, the oldest city in the Shenandoah Valley offers a variety of attractions downtown as well as the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace, The Frontier Culture Museum, Mary Baldwin College and Shenandoah Shakespeare's Blackfriars Playhouse, the only authentic indoor Shakespeare Theater in the world. You can spend several days in Staunton enjoying a different play each evening and visiting nearby historic areas during the day.
