Check In Policy:

Check-in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Early check-in is by prior arrangement and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out is by prior arrangement and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

Owning to our small size cancellations significantly affect us. Once a reservation has been made and gauranteed by credit card you are fully obligated for your entire stay.Checkouts earlier than the reserved period will incur 100% of the outstanding balance. Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm two days prior (48 hours) to arrival. A one night room and tax total will be charged for 'no shows' and cancellations outside our policy. Any changes or cancellations made after a reservation will incur a $25 re-booking fee.

The hotel is an adult oriented facility and the wooden structure plus the antique decor of the hotel is only aappropriate for guests age 12 and over.

2.50% deposit required for group bookings.

We have dogs and cats but they aren't not permitted in the hotel.

The hotel is a non smoking facility. Neither can we permit the burning of incenses or candles as these activate the fire alaram system
