As you approach the vacation rental, you'll be captivated by its charming exterior, featuring a mix of modern and rustic elements that seamlessly blend into the natural surroundings. The house boasts multiple decks on the backside, providing plenty of space for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. In the winter, a seasonal view of the sunsets will open up! Upon entering the home, you'll step into a bright and open living area with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The main level is designed for convenience and comfort. The open-concept living area on the main level is inviting with plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island with bar seating, makes meal preparation a breeze. A dining area with a table for communal meals is adjacent to the kitchen. On this level, you'll find a luxurious king suite, a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, heated floors and direct access to the deck for a morning coffee or evening stargazing. Heading upstairs to the upper level, you'll discover two queen suites, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation and privacy. These suites feature comfortable queen-sized beds, private bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. Guests staying on this level can also enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The lower level of the vacation rental is a haven of entertainment and recreation. Here, you'll find a bunk room designed with kids (and the young at heart) in mind. It features three sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a playful decor theme. The game room is an entertainment paradise with a air hockey, shuffleboard, arcade, board games, and a seating area for movies or TV. Step outside onto the lower deck, and you'll discover a relaxing hot tub with seating for everyone. Unwind in the bubbling waters while taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p.  Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.  This is strictly enforced.  Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-10% Discount- Excluding Holidays. Additional Notes: .-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.   - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.  - There is an amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Firewood  may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
