Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year! - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - This home is pet friendly for a max of 2 small mature, well-trained dogs 30lb or under.
