BOOKING RULES: PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.  SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Upstairs are 2 king master suites and a full over queen bunk room with attached bathroom.  There are 2 king masters on the main level, along with a separate, full-size guest bath in the hall. On the lower-level walkout basement, there are three more bedrooms, one with a full over queen bunk bed with attached bathroom and two queen bedrooms.  There is a full-size guest bath in the hall.Older kids may be tempted to migrate to the family room on the lower level to play pool and watch television on the 55” flat panel Roku TV.  A sectional sleeper sofa and stacked stone electric fireplace make this a cozy living area. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and an additional full-size refrigerator for those extra groceries.
