Greetings! We’re Joe and David, your innkeepers and REALTORS® at the Homestead B&B. The Rehoboth Beach area has been home to us since 2003, but our time in Delmarva dates back to our childhoods when our families would vacation in Ocean City, MD.

In our spare time you’ll find us hosting dinner parties, surf fishing with friends, tending to the vegetable garden, rooting on our favorite football team in the Fall, or simply enjoying a cocktail/glass of wine with our guests.
