Les Schoof and Ed Butler left New York City for the smallest town in New Hampshire and the Notchland Inn 25 years ago.  Since then they have steadily grown their business which now includes luxury suites and a couple of cottages.  They enjoy a great reputation from guests, locals and outside diners for their 4 course dinners.  They have received numerous recognitions for quality accommodations and service including one of 50 Best Inns by National Geographic Traveler, Select Registry membership, Editors’ Pick from Yankee Magazine & NH Magazine & a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
