Monica, I was born in Guayaquil-Ecuador. In 1991 came to New Orleans with the idea of passing through. Here I am today a New Orleanian by heart with a Hispanic accent. I love New Orleans; you never have a dull moment. From hurricane to some type of festival every weekend. I have been in the hospitality business for 22 years. 
I have two beautiful kids, a husband, and three little four-legged babies.
I like to bake. I am terrible following a recipe, so 80% of the time, I come out with my own creations.
