Erin Gilchrist is originally from Indiana and received her Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University. Her Hospitality career took her to various resorts and hotels across the country including:

During her journey, she also received her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Colorado State University—Denver Center and was Co-Owner/Operator of Gilchrist Catering and Pavilion Beverage Concessionaires as well as founder of Custom Performance Consulting, all of Dillon, CO.

Erin brings extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of food and beverage, resorts, hotels, inn-keeping, and small business. In addition to her other credentials, she was the Innkeeper at the esteemed Ski Tip Lodge in Keystone, CO. She most recently held the position of Director of Food and Beverage for over five years at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. During that time, her love for Oregon Wine Country evolved into a desire to make her home in Willamette Valley where she is part of the Hospitality Community building upon established winery relationships and associated tourism partnerships.

Erin continues the gracious hospitality for which A’Tuscan Estate Bed & Breakfast is well known.
