The University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting) are just a few minutes away. Close to GCU, ASU and ACU! Arrowhead Ranch is a peaceful green area to enjoy walks around the golf course and small lakes. There is a neighborhood park- Utopia Park – about 1 block from our house which has a sand volleyball court, new lighted basketball court and a kids climbing structure. Also many public golf and pickleball courses nearby, walking and bike trails.
