Our journey in the short-term vacation rental market began in 1999 when we bought our first property on our honeymoon next to Walt Disney World. After falling in love with the experience, we wanted to share it with others. Over the years, we have acquired a collection of exclusive vacation rental properties in Florida and California, with a dedicated support team that shares our commitment to providing every guest with a flawless 5-star experience and friendly, attentive service.

As a family-owned and operated business founded by Jo and Charlie Aunger, we launched Aunger Rentals LLC DBA Aunger Vacation Homes (AungerVacationHomes.com) and Formosa Gardens Estates (FormosaGardensEstates.com) in 2020. We rent and manage only the homes that we own - we are not an agency or management company - and we are dedicated to providing you with the best rental experience possible.

When you reach out to us, you'll be speaking directly with the property owners, and we're always happy to answer any questions, accommodate special requests, or offer advice. Our team has diverse professional backgrounds, including project management and hospitality, as well as specialized technology skills. Together, we are committed to providing excellent service in all of our interactions and taking exceptional care of our rental properties.
