The History
The schoolhouse was built in 1912 and functioned as a six-room school. It was fully operational until the 60’s when it was turned into an organ manufacturing facility. After the organ facility closed the building was used as a city center until it went into private ownership in the 80’s.
The building recently underwent major renovations to update the space to luxurious modern condos, while still preserving as much history and original character as possible!
