Hi!  Clara and Chris here!  We are the founders of Good Guest Colorado.  Our journey started with an extra home and a love for sharing it!  We had been renting out our home to long term tenants, but after one particularly messy tenant, we decided to try something else.  We began sharing our home with short term guests.  We soon realized that we loved providing and exceptional experience for guests.  By offering our home, visitors were able to feel like they were truly local. 

We also found that we were able to keep our rental home in much better condition.  Renters were not moving in and out causing damage.  We cleaned and restocked the house between every stay, so we had no accumulated defered maintenance, and most importantly we were able to protect and take care of our asset.  By checking the house between each stay were always able to identify any minor damage and fix it without it going a full year unreported.
