Inez was born and raised in the Netherlands, studied biodynamic agriculture and specialized in cheese making. She lived for many years in England and South-Africa before moving to New York State in 2006. The interior of the house reflects her international background.

TOM grew up in Interlaken on Cayuga Lake and has a degree in physical education.After spending 3 years at WEST POINT, he lived and worked all over  the country for 30 years. He returned to the Finger Lakes in 2006 and is therefore well equipped to give you advice on activities in the area.
