The First Mate Team has over 50 years of Vacation Rental and Property Management experience and stands ready to assist you with upcoming accommodations.

All of First Mate Rental Properties come fully furnished, with linens, towels, hand soaps, bar soaps, trash bags, dishwashing detergent and dish soap. During your stay if you need additional housekeeping services please contact the office to check for availability and pricing.  Items not provided which we recommend bringing are:  personal toiletries, body wash, shampoo, beach towels, food, and paper towels.

While you’re in Port O’Connor, if the unexpected happens, you can call our office 24 hours a day/7 days a week for assistance. If after hours, simply press “9” and you’ll be connected to our on-call Property Manager. Our staff will do everything reasonable to remedy any problems you might have during your stay.
