Gus and Lindsey are a husband-wife team that own and operate the full-service vacation management company, HSVR. Lindsey started managing vacation rentals in 2019 and began putting together what would become the standard operating model that has led to their success with client and guest experiences. Eventually, Gus became involved in the operations of the business and the two tied the knot in 2022. From their beginning days they eventually began to see a huge need in the market for a local vacation management company with a hyper-focus on the owner and guest experience. Since then, they have scaled the business to a small suite of properties and are working to expand their reach to client's and guests alike. They're now on a mission to form a vacation rental management company that owner's and guests can trust with their experiences. 

Gus and Lindsey live locally and are both from Midwest (Iowa and Illinois). They relocated to Tampa in 2018 from San Diego, CA where Gus served 4 years in the Marine Corps in aircraft flight operations and mechanics. Gus began his career in Insurance Adjusting upon their relocation and Lindsey obtained her real estate license. After 3 years of helping others manage their vacation rentals, they purchased their own vacation rental in 2022 and set their sights more than ever on helping investors successfully purchase real estate investments and manage vacation rentals for optimal guest experiences.
