- Complete Listing management on Airbnb, Bookabach, Booking.com and the Holiday Coromandel web sites. Homes & Villas by Marriott International coming soon.

- Managing all the aspects of Pricing, Guest Communication, Guest Arrival and Departures and Cleaning Services.

- Maintenance of the property including liaising with Tradesmen and Service Technicians as needed to ensure the property is kept to a high standard for owners and guests alike.
