JeffandGinaProperties.com ~ where vacations come first and memories last, it’s not just a tagline it’s the very heartbeat of our company. We strive to offer world-class vacation accommodations so that guests can make lifelong memories. As a company, we are passionate about our purpose and eager to “wow” both guests & vacation property owners alike.

This passion for creating special memories through travel and trips resonates with us as founders of Jeff and Gina Properties. Raised in Florida, we (Jeff and Gina Paglialonga), have a lifetime of fond memories of beach weeks & fun-filled family vacations, and are eager to provide dream getaways so guests can make their own lasting memories with family & friends. As owners of eight of our own vacation rental properties, and having managed up to 485 at a time, we have a clear understanding of what it takes to make guests happy. We love the industry, love what we do, and aim at being remarkable with both our inventory of properties and rental management service. Married 36+ years with four children and four grandchildren, we have built our home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build our service on the same.
