We have been U.S. military veteran owned and operated, and leasing real estate since 2001. We have rental vacation homes available on Okaloosa Island (Ft. Walton Beach, FL), and in Pigeon Forge (Gatlinburg, TN).  Our goal is to give our guests a nice, clean, comfortable rental home for a good value.

We consistently review our pricing in an attempt to keep our rates similar to or less than comparable units in our marketplace.  We also will often discount these already fair prices to fill empty units at the last minute.  Our condos are our owners’ second homes, and as such, the furnishings, decor and appliances are chosen by them.  We ask that you please respect and take care of these homes as if they were your own.
