The Butterfly House Bed and Breakfast merges the historical charm of an 1840s-era home with the modern conveniences and amenities even the most discriminating traveler will appreciate. Conveniently located within minutes of Madison, Indiana's historic landmark district, The Butterfly House provides a wide array of amenities designed to make their visit to Madison even more special. Guests can relax on one of the three comfortable porches, curl up with a good book in the living room or indulge in a fresh slice of pumpkin bread or other treats available in the dining room at their leisure. 
Guests can choose between three spacious suites: The Master Magnolia, The Wisteria, and The Sunflower. Each suite is equipped with a private bath, ample soft towels, toiletries, a lighted makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a white noise machine, ceiling fans, extra blankets, and pillows. A small kitchenette provides for guests' refrigeration needs and is equipped with a microwave oven and a cooler stocked with complimentary bottled water.  
A full home-cooked breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. It includes a variety of specialties such as egg soufflés, French toast, made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuits and gravy, roasted potatoes, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit compotes, cinnamon toast, or other tempting treats. Lighter or more portable food options are always available at the 24 hr. coffee and Tea bar.
