As you enter the home you'll see the large open kitchen which is a great place to gather for conversation or a home cooked meal.  The large granite island gives you plenty of room to cook a holiday dinner or bake your favorite treats.  There is breakfast bar seating to grab a quick snack or have your cup of coffee and catch up on some emails.  All place settings, pots and pans, and small appliances are available for your use.  

The living room has plush seating to kick your feet up and spend some time with the kids or cheer on your favorite sports team.  There is a DVD player available if you've got some movies you've been waiting to see with friends. The sliding glass door leads you out to the backyard where you can see the beautiful Arizona sunsets. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining table are available for your use.

Linens are provided for all three of the bedrooms.  The master is spacious with a king bed, has a TV, and tons of storage for clothing.  One of the additional bedrooms has a full sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds.  There are nightstands and reading lamps in both rooms and closet space provided for clothing storage.

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." 
~ No pets or large gatherings 
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. 
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.

Welcome to the Seventh Mountain Resort on Bend`s far Southwest Side as close as you can get for skiing Mt. Bachelor! This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo with King and Queen beds offers Central Oregon Recreation access with Mt. Bachelor just 20 minutes up the road and Downtown Bend just 10 minutes away!  Exploring Central Oregon has never been more fun. 

This unit is on the third floor, so no one will bother you from above.  There are two units connected by a locking door.  1931 has a full kitchen, living area with vaulted ceilings and a very cozy fireplace.  In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals for you and yours guests.  The Loft has a Queen bed with a full bath. while the downstairs has a  vanity and half bath.  From the living area there is a private balcony with a view of the Central Oregon pines and a walking trail.  Through the lockable door, unit 1932 has a King bed with TV, a Private full bath iwth Shower/Tub, and its own balcony plus mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.  

Pets: Two pet maximum, each pet is $20 per night.

Seventh Mountain resort offers a plethora of outdoor activities in the Summer and Winter,  Enjoy the thrill of whitewater rafting. Hike one of the many trails surrounding the property. Golf at neighboring Widgi Creek. Take a fly fishing workshop. Rally on the tennis court. Play basketball with the entire family. 

Just around the corner is the Central Oregon premier biking spot: Catch and Release and Rim Rock trails  The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for trail running, and mountain biking. Dogs are also able to use this trail. This is one of the most popular mountain biking trailheads in the Pacific Northwest. Numerous trails of varying difficulty originate at this trailhead. This area has a small parking area and a toilet.

In the Winter, go skiing and snowboarding at nearby Mount Bachelor or enjoy our on-site ice skating rink.  The outdoor rink is located in the center of the resort and open to the public.  Or go on a Sled-Dog Ride at Mt. Bachelor, a wild, magical experience! Stay snug and warm in the sled while the team, along with a professional musher, takes you on an exciting adventure.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger.  Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay.  If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
